DUTCH CHEESE WAFERS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter
3 c. all-purpose flour

Beat sugar and butter until well blended. Add cream cheese. Continue beating. Add flour a little at a time until dough is smooth. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet; flatten slightly with a glass dipped in sugar (confectioners' or granulated). Bake in 350°F oven for 10 minutes.

Makes 10 dozen cookies.
