CHICKEN RICE SOUP 
2 lg. Campbell's chunky soup (cream of chicken with mushrooms)
2 cans chicken broth
1 pkg. (6 oz.) UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice (or other combo)
Cook rice according to pkg. directions
1 c. chopped celery
3-4 tbsp. chopped onion

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer at least 2 hours in crock pot or cook on stove until tender and flavors blend. Add more chicken broth if too thick.
