SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 sm. onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can celery soup
3 whole eggs
1 c. macaroni
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown sausage and onion in a heavy skillet; drain off grease. Cook macaroni until tender. Mix sausage and macaroni. Add soups, eggs, salt, pepper and cheese reserving some cheese for top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
