CURRIED TOMATO SOUP 
2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
1 can water
1 can skim milk
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Very good and very easy. I use the St. Louis Herb Society's curry powder (available at the Botanical Garden Gate Shop), but other curry powders are good, as well. A long and painless simmer in a crockpot (low or high) keeps the flavor mellow.
