QUICK TUNA DISH 
1 lg. onion
1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna fish with water drained
1 c. rice (8 oz.)
1 can chow mein noodles

Cook rice and put aside. In large fry pan, saute onion in 1 teaspoon of oil until brown. Add soup and 1/2 cup of milk, heat until warm. Add tuna fish, stir mixture until tuna fish is warm. Serve over rice and top with noodles. Serves 3.
