CHOCOLATE FUDGE NUT CAKE 
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Sift flour and sugar together. Bring butter, water and cocoa to boil. Pour over flour and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Bake in 11 1/2 x 16 inch pan at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

Bring 1 stick butter, 6 tablespoons milk and 3 tablespoons cocoa to boil. Remove from heat and beat in 1 box confectioners' sugar and 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.
