QUICK COCONUT CREAM PIE 
1 graham cracker or baked pastry shell
1 c. cold skim milk
1 reg. size instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. flaked coconut
Whipped cream

Add cold milk to instant pudding mix and beat with electric beater for 30 seconds. Add the cup of sour cream and beat another 30 seconds. Stir in the cup of coconut and fill the pie shell. Top with whipped cream; chill thoroughly and serve.
