PORCUPINE BALLS | |
1 lb. of ground beef 1 can of tomatoes 2 onion, chopped fine Salt, pepper, and parsley to taste 1/2 c. of rice, uncooked 1 can of tomato sauce Mix all ingredients and 1/2 can of tomatoes. Make into balls and place into baking dish. Cover with rest of tomatoes and one can of tomato sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for one hour. |
