CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES 
1/2 c. Mazola corn oil
4 sqs. (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix Mazola, chocolate, and sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir in salt, flour, and baking powder. Chill several hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into confectioners' sugar. Roll around and shape into ball. Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 50 cookies.
