2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
9 tbsp. oil

Sift all dry ingredients together. Mix with water, oil, vinegar, vanilla and mix well with a spoon. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Frost with a vanilla frosting.
