SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. sauerkraut (rinsed and drained)
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento (chopped)
2 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped

DRESSING:

1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water

Mix dressing well and pour over kraut mixture. Refrigerate combined ingredients 24 hours, tossing a few times in 24 hour period. Keeps for several weeks if refrigerated.
