MARINATED COLE SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. salt

Shred cabbage in food processor. Add onion and pepper. Transfer into large bowl. Pour in sugar. Do not stir. On stove combine oil, vinegar, mustard, celery seed, and salt. Stir until boils and pour over cabbage. Do not stir. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
