MIXED BERRY SHRUB 
4 cups of berries
3 cups of sugar
2 cups of a nice white wine vinegar

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the berry flavor into liquid. Once cooked, chill the shrub.

Mix two cups of shrub mix with a bottle of champagne

You will have some shrub mix left over to use later
