2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 dozen maraschino cherries
1 c. whipped cream

Cover marshmallows with crushed pineapple. Let set several hours so that the pineapple juice soaks into the marshmallows. Just before serving add cherries (optional). Cut in small pieces. Gently fold in whipped cream and chill until ready to serve.
