1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 dozen eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chives or scallions

Melt butter. Coat bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Beat remaining ingredients with electric beater until blended. Add chives last. Pour into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

You may also add: sauteed peppers, mushrooms, onions, or grated cheese.

Serves a crowd!
