BOURBON SWEET POTATOES 
4 cooked and peeled sweet potatoes
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. bourbon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and arrange in greased casserole dish or square pan. Combine brown sugar, bourbon, salt and butter and cook in saucepan for 3 minutes over low heat. Pour sauce over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Baste with syrup and serve. 4-6 servings.
