PRALINES A L'ORLEANS 
This is a recipe for a 650 to 700 watt microwave.

Utensils: 4 quart microwave glass mixing bowl and aluminum foil

Microwave Time: 13 minutes

Yield: 31 lg. or 60 sm. pralines 1 lb. light brown sugar 2 c. pecan halves 2 tbsp. butter, room temp.

Mix the whipping cream and brown sugar together in a 4 quart microwave glass bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 13 minutes. The candy should be about 234 to 240 degrees. Quickly had the butter and pecans, stirring to mix. Drop the candy by teaspoons on a sheet of foil and allow to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
