CHEESECAKE PIE (Microwave) 
1 graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Beat until well blended. Pour into crust. Microwave 4 1/2 to 5 minutes on high (until center is size of half dollar). Add topping and microwave 1 1/2 minutes on high. Or bake 25-30 minutes, 325 degrees. Add topping and bake 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
