FRUITCAKE COOKIES 
1/2 c. sugar (brown)
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. apricot brandy
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. canned milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 lb. pecans
1 lb. chopped dates
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. candied cherries
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla

If fruit is moist use 2 cups flour. Cream sugar, butter and add well beaten eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 300 or 325 degrees for about 20 minutes or brown around edge.
