CHICKEN STEW WITH DUMPLINGS 
1 chicken, cleaned and cut up
2 cloves garlic, chopped up
1 onion, chopped up
1 pkg. frozen stewing vegetables
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste

Place chicken in a large pot with water filling about 3/4 the pot. Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, garlic and onion. Cook until chicken is done. Then add frozen stewing vegetables until tender.

When the chicken and vegetables are finished cooking, mix 2 cups of Bisquick and 2/3 of milk in a separate bowl. Spoon dumplings out over stew let it cook for 10 minutes with lid on, then cook for 10 minutes with lid off. When finished shut off and let it stand for 5-10 minutes.
