PEACH POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour
3 c. peaches, fresh and diced
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
6 tsp. of peach juice
1 box of powdered sugar

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Add flour and mix well; add the fresh diced peaches, nuts and the coconut.

Pour in greased and floured tube pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and let stand in pan on rack for 10 minutes. Turn out on rack to cool. Mix the cream cheese, juice from fresh peaches and the powdered sugar together well. Spoon over top of cake.
