SCALLOPED SALMON 
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can salmon
Milk

Crumble Ritz crackers; saute butter and onions together. Pour butter and onions over crumbs and mix. Put 1/2 of crumb mixture in bottom of casserole dish; pour liquid off of salmon, save. Spread salmon on top of crumbs. Pour rest of crumbs on top. Add milk to saved salmon juice to make 1 cup. Pour over mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
