“MAPLE PRALINES” IS IN:

MAPLE PRALINES 
2 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp. (scant) salt
3 tbsp. light corn syrup (Karo)
1 1/4 cups half & half
2 tsp. maple flavoring
1 cup chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients except flavoring and pecans; cook slowly to soft ball stage (234°F on candy thermometer).

Add flavoring. Remove from heat; cool. Beat and add chopped pecans. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.

Makes 30 pieces.
