SIX WEEKS MUFFINS 
1 c. boiling water
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. buttermilk
2 c. All Bran cereal
1 c. bran flakes
1 c. nuts

Mix water and soda. Cool. Cream wet ingredients and dry ingredients. Mix together. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Batter can be stored for 6 weeks in refrigerator.
