1 head lettuce
1 or 2 fresh tomatoes
1/2 medium onion
1/2 stick grated Cracker Barrel cheese
3 tbsp. Catalina salad dressing
1 medium pkg. Fritos

Mix together all ingredients except Fritos, adding them right before serving. Break up Fritos with rolling pin or hands while still in package. This makes a large bowl of salad.

If you don't want a large salad, halve the recipe.
