ITALIAN BEEF 
1 beef roast, 3 to 4 lbs.
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Mozzarella cheese
Submarine type buns

Combine water, vinegar, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and salt and pepper in crock pot. Add roast. Cook until tender. When roast is tender shred meat. Place on buns and top with Mozzarella cheese. Heat in microwave to melt cheese if desired.

Note: To make it spicier or more tangy add more ingredients.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
