RED VELVET CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco oil and 1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda mix with 1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together 2 teaspoon piled up of Nestles cocoa and 1 ounce of red food coloring. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

ICING:

2 c. sugar
6 full tsp. flour
2 c. sweet milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 sticks butter

Mix sugar and flour well. Bring to boil and cook 12 minutes.
