FRUIT CHILI SAUCE 
30 lg. ripe tomatoes
4 tart apples
6 pears
8 peaches
6 med. onions
2 green peppers, sweet
2 red peppers, sweet
2 heads celery, medium
6 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1 qt. cider vinegar
1/2 c. whole mixed spice, tie in thin muslin bag

Prepare and chop all ingredients and boil 3 hours.
