CHEDDAR DIP 
Blend the following in blender at medium speed (food processor not recommended).

1 (10 oz.) pkg. extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, coarsely shredded
3/4 c. beer
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared white horseradish

When smooth, pour into bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
