SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
1 clove garlic, minced 1/8 lb. butter (2 tbsp.) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach Buttered bread crumbs Saute minced garlic in the butter. Prepare the spinach according to package directions; drain. Combine soup, spinach and garlic mixture. Bake in a casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with warm buttered bread crumbs. |
