BLENDER BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen or fresh broccoli
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. light cream or half & half
1 tsp. chopped onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
Dash ground nutmeg
Dash salt & pepper
Pinch chives

Break thawed or fresh broccoli in small chunks. Put in blender with 1/2 cup milk. Blend until very fine. Add remaining ingredients except chives. (May be served chilled or at room temperature.)
