SANDWICH SPREAD 
1 doz. green tomatoes
1 doz. sweet red mangoes
1 doz. sweet green mangoes
4 onions
3 tbsp. salt
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
4 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. yellow mustard
1 c. vinegar

Step 1: Grind veggies in food chopper. Pour boiling water over veggies. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and let stand 2 to 3 hours. Step 2: Make a paste of sugar, flour, salt, mustard and vinegar; stir to smooth. Add vegetables. Heat slightly and add 1 quart mayonnaise. Heat slowly until bubbly around edges. Seal in jars. (A Teflon pan is nice for this.)
