ASPARAGUS, HAM & CHEESE ROLLS 
8 slices ham (approx. 8 oz.)
8 slices low fat cheese (approx. 6 oz. mozzarella, low-fat Cheddar, or low-fat American)
16 cooked asparagus spears (1 lb. uncooked)
1/8 tsp. dill

Place 2 asparagus spears on each ham slice. Roll up and secure with wooden pick. Fold each slice of cheese and place on top of each ham roll. Sprinkle with dill. Bake in 300 degree oven 10-15 minutes until thoroughly heated through and cheese melts.

Microwave: Arrange rolls in circle in glass baking dish. Microwave 1-2 minutes rotating dish 1/4 turn after 1 minute. 200 calories per serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
