3 c. fresh figs, cut in half
3 c. sugar
2 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O

Put all ingredients into a pan and bring to boil. Cook for 4 minutes. Put in small canning jars. Great gift to give at the holidays. Good on toast, biscuits or with cream cheese.
