SAUSAGE SPINACH HALF MOONS 
FILLING:

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
6 links Italian sausage, removed from skins, crumbled, pan fried until barely cooked. Drain fat.
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Course ground pepper and salt to taste
3 cloves, finely chopped garlic

Mix all above ingredients.

CRUST:

Use favorite pie crust recipe (or Pillsbury!)

Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 2 inch rounds with glass.

Fill with heaping teaspoon of filling. Wet edges, then fold over and crimp edges with a fork. Pinch top with fork to allow steam to escape. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Serves 40.
