NO FUSS BARBECUE | |
1-1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef 3-4 tbsp. Kraft's barbecue sauce Sweet pickle relish Whole wheat hamburger buns Mix ground beef and enough barbecue sauce to make it a little bit juicy. Put in pyrex bowl and cover with saran wrap. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Open buns and put 1 or 2 tablespoons of beef on bottom half of each bun needed. Top with a little pickle relish and cover with top half of bun. Serve at once. Note: This can be made in a saucepan on top of stove at medium heat, stirring in 15 or 20 minutes. Or, in the regular oven, bake covered about 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
