1/2 gallon sherbet
1 gallon wine

Place sherbet in a punch bowl. Pour wine over sherbet slowly, stir gently. Can be garnished with fruit of your choice, if desired. Some suggested combinations are raspberry sherbet with red wine or white zinfandel, and lime sherbet with sauterne wine. Serve in punch cups.
