ROASTED POTATOES 
10 red potatoes
3/4 c. cooking oil
Garlic powder
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Onion salt

Scrub potatoes of equal size. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan filled with 1/4 inch vegetable oil. Coat potatoes with oil and sprinkle generously with garlic powder, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika. Parmesan cheese, and onion salt.

Bake 45 minutes until soft when pricked with fork at 350 degrees.
