BEAN SPROUTS IN STOCK 
1 lb. (8 c.) bean sprouts
2 shallots, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 tbsp. vegetable stock
Freshly ground pepper

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. low-salt soy sauce
3 tbsp. vegetable stock
1 tsp. corn flour

Stir fry bean sprouts, shallots, and garlic in a non-stick frying pan for 2 minutes with 3 tablespoons of vegetable stock.

Mix sauce ingredients. Add to frying pan and simmer for 1 minute. Season with pepper and serve.
