LOW-FAT CHICKEN BREASTS 
Servings: 8. Temperature: 375 degrees, 20-40 minutes.

8 oz. bottle Western 98% fat free French dressing
1/4 c. chopped green peppers (optional)
1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 tsp. chili powder, divided in half
1/2 tsp. onion powder
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved (about 2 lbs.)

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Combine dressing, green pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, onion powder in a flat dish. Combine corn flake crumbs with other 1/2 teaspoon chili powder in another flat dish. Dip breasts in dressing. Turn in crumbs to coat evenly. Discard excess dressing. Spread foil lined pan with non-stick vegetable coating. Place chicken on foil and bake 20-40 minutes.
