This must be made ahead 24 hours or more. 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained & retain 2 tbsp. juice 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Let cheese soften and mix with the crushed pineapple and retained 2 tablespoons of juice. Then add 1/2 cup chopped dates. Very good on pumpkin bread, zucchini bread or use on ginger snaps. |
