HOMEMADE NOODLES 
4 eggs
3 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Beef bones

Beat eggs until light, beat in water and salt. Stir and work flour in with hands until stiff. Divide into 3 parts, roll on cloth board until paper thin, then cover with cloth all day. Roll and cut with sharp knife. Unroll strips then dry. Boil beef bones 1 hour, add noodles, boil 15 minutes or until tender. Serve over mashed potatoes with a roast and broccoli.

An old family recipe passed down from mother to daughter. Very good and worth the time it takes.
