BAKED SPAGHETTI 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. green pepper (chopped)
1 sm. onion (chopped)
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. sugar
Dash of salt
1 (32 oz.) jar Prego (extra chunky) mushroom and tomato spaghetti sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) box spaghetti noodles

Brown chuck, green pepper and onion. Add oregano, black pepper, basil, sugar and salt. Add spaghetti sauce; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Cook and drain 8 ounces spaghetti noodles as directed on box. Add spaghetti sauce to noodles.

Stir in 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese. Pour into large baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
