3 large potatoes
butter
salt
pepper
little milk or cream
1 pkg. hot dogs
grated cheese

Cook potatoes and mash them with butter, salt, pepper and a little milk or cream. Boil one package of hot dogs. Put hot dogs on a large cookie sheet. Cover hot dogs with mashed potatoes. Indent mashed potatoes and fill with grated cheese. Put in oven until cheese is melted. Serve.
