PEACH-APPLE BUTTER 
3 lbs. peaches, peeled, pitted and cut up (about 12 med.)
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate (thawed)

In 4 quart kettle, mash peaches well. Add apple juice concentrate. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and boil gently, uncovered for about 35 to 40 minutes or until very thick. Stir frequently as it thickens.
