APRICOT SALAD 
2 reg. boxes orange pineapple Jello
1 can pineapple (crushed or tidbits)
1 lg. can apricots
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

Cut apricots up and cut orange segments in half. Use orange juice, pineapple juice and all but 1 cup of apricot juice and enough water to make 2 cups liquid for Jello.

Heat 1 cup apricot juice and 1/2 cup sugar then thicken with corn starch. Let cool while Jello sets thick enough to not thin Dream Whip.

SECOND LAYER:

Whip 1 package Dream Whip. Beat 1 large package Philadelphia cream cheese. Add cheese, Dream Whip and whip all together. Spread on Jello, cut into squares and serve. Makes big salad.
