LUSCIOUS LEMON BARS 
1 box lemon pudding cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/3 c. oil

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, and 1/3 cup oil until crumbly; reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture in an ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 egg until smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Top with almonds; press lightly. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool. Cut into bars.
