FRUIT PIZZA 
1 lg. sugar cookie dough roll
1/2 c. sugar
16 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) can pineapple chunks (drained, reserve juice)
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Various kinds of fruit, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread cookie dough onto heavily greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely.

In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Spread onto cooled cookie. Arrange fruits on cream cheese.

In a small pan, combine pineapple juice and cornstarch. heat on top of stove until thick and bubbly. Drizzle onto fruit. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
