MILD TACOS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1 clove garlic, diced
1/2 sm. onion, diced

Remove excess grease.

1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Simmer for 10 minutes. Heat taco shells and fill with 2-3 tablespoons of hamburg mixture. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce and diced tomato. Makes 10-12 tacos.
