POPPYSEED CHICKEN | |
3 c. cooked chicken, cubed 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 lb. butter, melted 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed 2 tbsp. poppyseeds Put cooked chicken in casserole (I use 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 inch glass dish). Mix soup, sour cream and milk; pour over chicken. Mix cracker crumbs, melted butter and poppy seeds and spread over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
